The Food Inventory

So, I told you that I did the deed; now I thought I would share what I discovered.  Here's a list of what I have in my kitchen (not counting spices and condiments - that was just too overwhelming!)

Pantry:
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can water chestnut
1 can coconut milk
1 carton vegetable broth (used about 1/3rd of that today)
About 1/2 lb raw cashews
1 lb bag white rice
1 lb bag brown rice
about 2 cups of brown rice/wild rice blend
about 2 cups of tri-color quinoa
about 1 lb of dry chickpeas
1 bag decaf Kona Coffee
About 1/2lb dry buckwheat
About 1/2lb dry wheat berries (used 1 cup today)
3/4 of a box of whole wheat linguine
1 bag of yellow cornmeal
1/2 c quinoa/millet blend
About 1.5 c dry black beans
About 4 c dry white Navy beans (used about 2 cups today)
1 bag red kidney beans
About 4 c ground flax meal
1 large ginger root
13 sweet orange tomatoes
1 bag of yerba matte tea leaves
1/2 canister of yerba matte leaves
1 bag of medium roast coffee

Freezer:
garlic
1/4 bag broccoli (used today)
1 bag lemon garlic chicken breasts - used 1 today
1 bag broccoli
1 bag green beans
1 bag asparagus tips
1 bag spinach
1/2 bag mixed veg (used about 1/2 c today)
1/4 bag cauliflower (used today)
1/4 bag edamame
2.5 bags peaches
1 bag strawberries
1/2 bag blueberries

Fridge:
1 carton almond milk
1 large bottle of green juice
1/4 bottle of homemade kombucha
1 canister of dry oatmeal
1 bottle of prune juice
1 bag of chia seeds
about 1/4lb of dry roasted edamame
about 1/3lf of roasted salted almonds
about 1/3lb of raw almonds
1/4 c brown rice
1/2 bag white rice
1/2 tray raspberries
1 jar mango salsa
1 package of Vermont Curry
2 shallots
1 onion
about 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts
1 jar of large dill pickles
1 jar of sauerkraut
1/4 c dry mango
about 1 c of nutritional yeast
4 eggs
about 1.5 c raw sunflower seeds
about 1 c raw white sesame seeds
1lb carrots
1 silken tofu
2 avocados

As you can see....I'm set for a while, and I don't even have to get bored!  I'm excited to see what I can do with this cornucopia of food!  If you have any thoughts for recipes, please let me know!
